The Freshman Academy will expose students to enriching opportunities to foster academic and intellectual growth, and, as a result, students will gain skills and confidence that will positively impact them in  high school and beyond. Freshman Academy is a structured, small-learning community for all 9th grade students. Therefore, the students are grouped near each other throughout the day. Students will engage in core classes, fine arts courses and have the opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities. Students have the option to change their pathway once during their sophomore year, and this must be finalized by the end of the first semester.
